REPO – TKB
To strengthen its treasury operations and streamline collateralized financing activities, Thurgauer Kantonalbank (TKB) initiated a project for the setup and implementation of Avaloq’s new REPO tool, including the introduction of indexed repo transactions. The objective was to ensure that repo transactions could be processed in a fully automated way within the Avaloq Banking System (ABS), leveraging the new Avaloq Repo model while extending functionality to cover indexed repo structures.

Baloise, together with ti&m and Asubium, successfully introduced a modern e-banking solution in just 16 months. A key advantage of the integration solution lies in its open, event-based architecture. This also enabled a customer-friendly migration, allowing existing clients to automatically and independently transfer their e-banking contracts.

Technical integration – UK Bank
To ensure a reliable data flow between Avaloq and connected third-party systems, the bank launched a project with the objective of exporting data from Avaloq via the Asubium Adapter to Kafka and distributing it from there to other target systems. In this process, the exported data had to be mapped to the specific architectures and data models of the downstream systems to enable smooth integration into the respective target applications.

The goal of the project was to provide customers with a comprehensive, secure, and intuitive digital banking experience—both via web browser and mobile app.

In 2019 VP Bank decided to build a central integration layer, as part of the further development of its digital architecture. The starting point was the implementation of an integration layer for a new client advisor cockpit. The goal was to create a flexible, scalable, and future-proof integration architecture that efficiently connects the Avaloq core banking system with various surrounding systems.
