A leading Swiss bank operating on the Avaloq core banking system successfully transferred a client group from one internal business unit to another as part of an organisational realignment. The project was completed within eight months, delivered on time and within budget, and—most importantly—without any impact on end-clients. The transition was seamless, ensuring uninterrupted service throughout the transformation.
Our Contribution
Asubium was responsible for the design and execution of the complete data migration. This encompassed client master data, CRM information, portfolio and position holdings, lending data, and historical performance figures. Leveraging our proven migration framework and extensive project and migration expertise, the migration fully met—and exceeded—the bank’s expectations.
